LIFESTYLE RESULTS - PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Anatomies strongly recommends personal training instruction. We take great pride in the quality of exercise guidance that is provided to our members. In our Results Program, a certified instructor who is knowledgeable and professional will work with you in a one-on-one setting. We realize that you will evaluate the Anatomies experience and your own personal success by the positive physical changes accomplished. Our job is to help facilitate those positive physical changes.

We offer a variety of packages to fit your needs. The Results Program will customize your fitness routine based on your personal needs and goals. Our 3,500 square foot group fitness room is able to handle large classes and features professional hardwood floors, a custom-designed sound system, 3 separate stage areas and much, much more!   Check the schedule below for dates and times! 

Specialized Group Training Classes

Replacing traditional aerobics is the Specialized Group Training Classes. If you prefer exercising in a group with an energetic instructor, you will love this program. Each four to six weeks, Anatomies will offer a series of specialized classes designed to spice up your exercise levels. The instructor will guide your progress and motivate you to go the extra mile. Each class will end with a special climax of fun and diversion from the ordinary exercise routine. Then the schedule is modified again to create even more excitement for the next series of classes.  Get away from the ordinary. Charge up your exercise routine with the Specialized Group Classes.

DETAILED CLASS DESCRIPTIONS          

 

 is your hour of power!!  This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.  Discover results, discover Group Power.  Arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up weights and bench.

is a group fitness program that will allow you to grow longer and stronger as you explore a 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements.  Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile.  Arrive at least 5 minutes early.

  Group Kick brings it on!  This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence!  Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling!  Group kick will knock you out!!

 Moore-Witt

Circuit Extreme- An intense 45 minute fat burning workout based on stations. It implies a mix of strength and cardio exercises both with and without equipment by motivating instructors.  Arrive early to sign in, ONLY 12 STATIONS AVAILABLE.

 SIREN SPIN (45 to 50 minutes) Experience the ride of your life as SPIN matches terrain with tempo.  You’ll encounter slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins for a time efficient, high calorie-burning workout.  A great class for everyone because you control your own pace while benefiting from a unique group atmosphere of powerful music and a motivating instructor.  Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up bike.
