Free Weights and Atheletic Training The Anatomies Free Weights Area houses one of the most expansive free weight facilities around. With over 10,000 square feet, you will find a large array of equipment and machines ideal for building strength, size and power.

But that is not all. The Free Weights Area also contains a sprint track and equipment used to enhance atheletic performance. Our track area contains plyometric boxes, hurdles, agility ladders, kettle bells, bosu ball, punching bags and much more.
